Ergin Ataman, Oded Kattash, and Ofer Yannay have been issued fines by Euroleague Basketball for recent actions and statements.

The latest disciplinary sanctions were announced by Euroleague Basketball on Tuesday.

“Euroleague Basketball has announced the following disciplinary decision pertaining to incidents that occurred between Rounds 5 and 6 of the 2025-26 EuroLeague Regular Season.

Round 6

Mr. Ergin Ataman, Head Coach of Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens, has been sanctioned with a fine of €8,000 for committing acts representing a lack of respect against the officiating crew on occasion of the game Anadolu Efes Istanbul – Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv, under Article 27.2.b) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
