After a series of closings and reopenings, Boerne’s Random Beer Garden is once again shuttered. The business’ 6.78-acre property at 11 Upper Cibolo Creek Rd. is now on the market for $3.25 million.

The expansive beer garden first opened in 2013, quickly becoming a must-stop destination on the way to Boerne Lake. In recent years, the operations have been, well, more random. In 2018, it ceased operations for a month to undergo renovations. In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic forced a more prolonged closure.

It seemed to be gone for good until it suddenly appeared back on the scene in spring 2024, only to shutter in July of that year. In April, it reappeared again, hosting a crawfish festival in May and a Hill Country flood relief concert and cookout in August.
