Marshall Kilcup, 24, from Medicine Hat, faces a list of charges after being found in violation of a court-imposted curfew while in possession of a semi-automatic rifle and controlled substances.
Police conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle on Saturday morning at 5:30 a.m. in the 500 block of 10th Street SE and discovered Kilcup, who was found to be in violation of a court-imposed 24-hour curfew and was arrested.
A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of an undisclosed amount of controlled substances and a GSG semi-automatic .22 caliber rifle.
