CARROLL Co., Ill. (KWQC) - Four years have passed since Melissa Trumpy went missing, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.

Trumpy, from Monticello, Wisconsin, is believed to have gone missing in Shannon, Illinois.

Police said a search for Trumpy began on Oct. 27, 2021, after her boyfriend, Derek Hammer, was arrested in Carroll County, Illinois, for out-of-state warrants.

Trumpy’s vehicle was found in Stevenson County, Illinois, but she was never found.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office says investigators continue to actively look at her disappearance.
