The Quebec Liberal Party (PLQ) is considering suing PQ leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon for claiming that Liberal governments were corrupt.

Liberal MNA Marc Tanguay stated Tuesday morning that analyses are currently underway at the highest levels of the PLQ.

According to Tanguay, the comments made by his PQ opponent are defamatory, while his fellow parliamentary leader, Michelle Setlakwe, added that they are unacceptable and unworthy.

Tanguay added that St-Pierre Plamondon is demonstrating that he is not fit to be Premier of Quebec.

For his part, the PQ leader persists. He claimed that the Liberal Party’s combination of fear-mongering has led to corrupt, profiteering Liberal governments.
