BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Five men in Livingston Parish were arrested after deputies found large amounts of narcotics during a drug bust.
According to the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office, deputies investigated alleged drug dealer Darnell "Peanut" Jones, 50. He is accused of selling methamphetamine and fentanyl from a home on Herring Drive in Walker.
After securing a search warrant of the home, deputies recovered the following: • 1,634.2 grams of cutting agent • 218.8 grams of marijuana • 203.2 grams of methamphetamine • 28.1 grams of fentanyl • 6.7 grams of speedball (a mixture of methamphetamine and fentanyl) • 2.1 grams of crack cocaine • 20 suboxone strips • blender containing fentanyl residue • packaging material • digital scales • $1,481
