MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The Mobile City Council has decided to revoke the business license of a local sports bar.
The council voted Tuesday during their regular meeting to revoke Phat Tuesday Sports Bar's license.
Two councilmen, CJ Small and Cory Penn, abstained from voting.
Small and Penn said they were confused as to whether no-parking signs had ever been installed around the bar.
Mobile Police Department officers reportedly responded to over 200 calls at the bar on St. Stephens Road, prompting the MPD to request the council's action.
