Prior to their biggest game of the year against the Kansas City Chiefs , the Buffalo Bills made a flurry of roster moves.

Tuesday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Buffalo was adding both defensive tackle Jordan Phillips and safety Jordan Poyer to its active roster.

Phillips has appeared in three games this season, collecting four tackles, one tackle for loss and one sack. Poyer has appeared twice this season, totaling six tackles in those two games.

Bad news for Ed Oliver

On the flip side of Phillips and Poyer being added to the roster, there was bad news out of Buffalo as well. Star defensive tackle Ed Oliver was placed on injured reserve due to a torn bicep.
