The Buffalo Bills were busy trying to make their roster whole again on Tuesday, following yet another defensive starter heading to Injured Reserve. One Bills Drive promoted safety Jordan Poyer and defensive tackle Jordan Phillips to the 53-man active roster, while also sending starting defensive tackle Ed Oliver to Injured Reserve (IR).

Poyer and Phillips both find their opportunity due to injury, with Poyer’s coming on the heels of safety Taylor Rapp’s IR stint (knee), and of course Phillips’ the result of Oliver (surgery to repair torn biceps) landing there on Tuesday, October 28.
