DEERWOOD — The Minnesota Department of Transportation invites the public to learn about a future road construction project planned for Highway 210 (Highway 6) from Crosby to Deerwood.

An open house-style event will be from 4-6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29, at Deerwood City Hall (auditorium and community center), 23770 Forest Road. There will be no formal presentation. People may drop by at their convenience to view project layouts, ask questions, and speak with members of the MnDOT project team.

Preliminary design work will continue through 2027, followed by the completion of final design and traffic plans in 2028. Construction is scheduled in 2029 and will require a detour.
