EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) said a man was arrested after threatening a victim with a gun on Friday.
EPSO said deputies received a report of an active armed robbery just before 4 p.m. The victim had reported that an adult male known to the victim pointed a firearm at them, ordered them out of their vehicle and demanded their keys from them.
Deputies said the victim stated that the suspect stayed on the property, threatening the victim and saying he was going to shoot them if they tried to leave the area.
EPSO said deputies then responded to Jones Road in El Paso County, east of Colorado Springs, where they established a perimeter and used drone technology to find the suspect.
Upon locating the suspect, identified by deputies as 56-year-old
