AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A man entered into a plea agreement in federal court on a charge of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and a charge of enticement of a minor, according to court documents filed in US District Court of the Northern District of Texas Amarillo Division.
Brannick Dixon has entered two plea agreements in court and agreed to plead guilty to "Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl," and "Enticement of a Minor."
Documents showed that he was selling fentanyl pills behind a local business in late 2024.
Court documents detailed Dixon was indicted in September on one count of alleged “enticement of a minor” after allegedly using a cellphone “to persuade, induce, entice, and coerce” a person younger than 18 years old to engage in sexual activity. The c
