AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — During Tuesday's Amarillo City Council Regular Meeting, council members discussed and voted on the first and final reading to accept a resolution for Special Appropriation from the Texas Water Development Board for a General Revenue Grant.

The council voted 5-0 to accept the resolution. The $20,000,000 grant looks to support the planning and design of a Wastewater Treatment Facility.
