WHITE HALL, Ark — The TV show "Chips" is just one example of the love affair that Americans have with watching law enforcement go through their lives on duty and off-duty, all while on a motorcycle.

Now, a local chapter of the Blue Knights motorcycle club has made the decision to expand the support for its members on and off duty, but still very much on their bikes.

"The stipulations from the club are you have to have arresting powers and have a motorcycle to be in our club," described Dustin Summers, who is the vice president of the fourth Arkansas chapter of the nationwide organization, based in Jefferson County.
