MOORHEAD, Minn. (Valley News Live) - A suspect has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on Monday night.

26-year-old Levi Larteh has been arrested in Clay County following an investigation into the shooting of Nadine Khoury.

According to a release from FPD, Larteh was arrested at a gas station in Barnesville, Minnesota, around 10:46 a.m. He was booked into the Clay County Jail with a charge of murder.

Fargo police confirmed this afternoon that Khoury was killed after a confrontation escalated to gunfire on October 27. Khoury was found in the 2700 block of 41st Street South with multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced dead shortly after.

This incident was also related to a shots-fired incident on Friday night in Fargo, according to Fargo Police.
