Fresno City Council President Mike Karbassi criticized Fresno County’s elections operations on Tuesday, one week ahead of the Prop. 50 election.

Following the announcement last week that the U.S. Department of Justice is deploying election monitors to the Central Valley with eyes on Fresno County’s vote processing, Karbassi claimed that Fresno County Clerk-Registrar of Voters James Kus is ineffective.
