PARAGOULD — It was a relatively quick meeting as Paragould council members certified the city’s tax rates to the Greene County Clerk, as well as approved several condemnation and lien requests Monday.

Council members voted to set the yearly property tax rate at 2.4 mills for the general fund and 0.4 mills for the fireman’s pension.
