A wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 11:51 p.m. in effect until Wednesday at 6 a.m. for Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
The weather service says to expect, “Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.”
“Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result,” adds the weather service. “Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.”
