Metallica fans have been anticipating the American rock band ’s arrival in Perth , and a pop-up merchandise shop opening in the CBD on Friday is set to bring the hype.
The legendary band consisting of current members James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett, Robert Trujillo and Lars Ulrich is set to rock out to a wild crowd at Optus Stadium on Saturday night for the start of their world tour.
With action set to get underway at 5pm, support acts Evanescence and Suicidal Tendencies will be on from 6pm before the main act.
Much to fans’ delight, Metallica announced the M72 Perth pop-up shop will open in the Murray Street Mall on Friday, allowing people one last chance to score merch ahead of the concert.
