ROCKVILLE, Md. — Firefighters in Montgomery County say a man has been arrested and charged with arson and related crimes following a fire at an apartment complex in Rockville Tuesday evening.
Crews were first called to the Bethesda Park Condos in the area of Braxfield Court and Parklawn Drive for a report of a fire around 7 p.m. When firefighters got to the scene, they found flames on the third floor of the four-story apartment building. About 65 firefighters responded to the blaze and worked to evacuate residents while extinguishing the fire.
