A new Marvel Cinematic Universe reveal teases the perfect way for Avengers: Doomsday to end the franchise's Kang the Conqueror arc, which lies in repurposing an old idea. Before Robert Downey Jr. decided to return as Doctor Doom, the MCU's next Avengers movie was going to be all about Kang. The film was titled Avengers: The Kang Dynasty , later being retitled.
