In a shocking incident at Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) in Rohtak, Haryana, four female sanitation workers were allegedly asked to prove they were on their periods by two male supervisors.
The women were reportedly forced to remove their clothes, and photos of their sanitary pads were taken. The incident sparked outrage, leading to protests and the suspension of both supervisors.

The incident took place on 26 October, the same day Haryana Governor Asim Kumar Ghosh was visiting the university on a three-day tour. That morning, some female sanitation workers arrived late for duty.
