Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Gujarat on October 30 and 31, to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

He will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of infrastructure and development projects worth over Rs 1,140 crore in Ekta Nagar, Kevadia, today. The projects that will be inaugurated include the Birsa Munda Tribal University in Rajpipla, Vaman Vriksha Vatika, E-Bus Charging Depot and 25 Electric Buses. Further, Mr. Modi will lay the foundation stone of various projects, including the Museum of Royal Kingdoms of India, Sports Complex, Jetty Development near Shoolpaneshwar Ghat and Travelators at the Statue of Unity, among others. He will attend the National Unity Day celebrations at the Statue of Unity in Kevadia on October 31.
