FLORENCE, S.C. (WBTW) -- Thousands of people are expected to pack the streets of Florence on Saturday for the 21st annual South Carolina Pecan Festival.

The free one-day family-friendly festival will feature live entertainment across nine stages, more than 250 vendors spread across seven blocks, amusement rides, a Pecan Pub beer garden, a classic-car show, and the Run Like a Nut 5K, 10K and Half Marathon.

The festival hours are from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Several road closures and detours will be in place during the festival. A complete list is below: • The Florence County Complex parking lot will be partially closed beginning Thursday evening for the setup of amusement rides.
