HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - Two suspects were arrested on Tuesday in connection with suspected drug distribution from a convenience store in Holyoke.
Holyoke Police Chief Brian Keenan stated that over the past month, members of the department's Narcotics Bureau have been working with members of the Drug Enforcement Administration Springfield Resident Office to investigate alleged drug distribution out of a convenience store in the area of 96 Maple Street.
At approximately 1:50 p.m. on Tuesday, investigators saw a suspect exit the convenience store and enter a vehicle. When the vehicle was observed speeding, police conducted a traffic stop.
Investigators seized approximately 12 bags of cocaine, five suspected fentanyl pills, and cash inside the vehicle. The driver, identified as 45-year-old
