STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Before Halloween brings fun and frights to Staten Island, New York City residents will need to bear with soaking conditions from a storm.
According to Matt Wunsch, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service , some drizzle and light showers may approach the city Wednesday afternoon.
“As we get into later tonight (Wednesday) and into tomorrow (Thursday) morning especially, we’re going to see an increase in shower activity,” Wunsch told the Advance/SILive.com.
It’s around sunrise that he believes shower activity will become widespread. Those making the morning commute will want to keep those umbrellas handy.
