GRAND FORKS – Members of the public are invited to comment on the proposed 2026 action plan for the Community Development Block Grant Program, which is budgeted for $490,000 total.

The hearing will be held on Dec. 1 during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting, which begins at 5:30 p.m. Written comments on the plan will be accepted until noon on Dec. 1, and anyone who would like to submit a comment and does not plan on attending the meeting in person can submit them to https://www.grandforksgov.com/councilcomments or call 701-746-2664.
