ASHBURN, Va. — Washington Commanders receiver Terry McLaurin made his return in Week 8, getting his first game action of the season since injuring his quad in the team’s Week 3 win over the Las Vegas Raiders.
On his return, he quickly reminded everyone why he has become known as one of the best in the business, not just on the Commanders’ roster, bringing in three passes for 54 yards and a score in a game most expected him to be a little limited just coming back from the injury.
It was a great evening to remember why it was so important for Washington to get McLaurin on the field this offseason, and it’s what makes it equally detrimental that the star receiver won’t be on the field in Week 9.
“Terry reinjured his quad,” head coach Dan Quinn shared as the team prepared to start its first
