LEWISBURG, Tenn. (WSMV) - The former city manager of Lewisburg was arrested again.

The arrest comes less than a month after the Lewisburg City Council’s decision to fire Haislip after he was arrested in August on multiple charges connected to stalking a city employee.

Haislip was arrested on Oct. 28 in Marshall County after he followed a woman to a gas station, pulled up to her car, and stared at her, according to an affidavit from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. He reportedly then entered the store and “observed her from inside the store,” the affidavit said.
