German-born artist Gisela Zuchner-Mogall opened her solo exhibition last week at the Alcoa Art Gallery in the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre.

Bringing in a large crowd to its opening last Sunday, the exhibition titled 360° - A Visual Journey presents 25 years of Zuchner-Mogall’s creative exploration and features sculptures, paintings, monoprints and a selection of unreadable text-based works.

“I think it’s very important to explore different forms and mediums when you’re an artist,” she said.

“Having taught and created for the past 45 years, you can’t just do paintings, you have to explore far more than that.”
