KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Off and on showers will continue tonight as a big low pressure system moves across the area. Lows will drop into the low to mid 40s. Winds will be southwest at 10-15 with higher gusts in the mountains.

THURSDAY: Windy and cold with a mostly cloudy sky with scattered showers early in the day. Highs will remain in the upper 40s to low 50s at best. Winds will be west at 10-20 mph with higher gusts.

🎃🎃🎃 HALLOWEEN: Partly cloudy, chilly and dry with highs in the mid to upper 50s in the afternoon. Temperatures should drop into the 40s for TRICK-OR-TREATERS, so be prepared to have the kids dress in layers or heavy coat.
