A man is behind bars for a fatal shooting in Wilmington in July.
According to Wilmington Police, detectives developed 31-year-old Nicodemus Morris as a suspect over the summer. A New Castle County Grand Jury indicted him September 2nd, and police arrested Morris Tuesday of this week without incident.
50-year-old Donnell Seeney died after being shot July 21st in the 700-block of North Franklin Street.
Morris is charged with Murder 1st Degree, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. After being arraigned, he was being held at Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $1.1-million cash-only bail.
