Multiple students at Saddle Ridge Elementary/Middle School in Rock Spring were hospitalized after an 'incident,' Walker County Schools Superintendent Damon Raines tells Local 3.

Parents and/or guardians accompanied all the students to the hospital, he tells us.

Their current conditions, as well as the cause of their hospitalizations, are unknown and unconfirmed.
