Hurricane Melissa wreaks havoc as it makes landfall

Hurricane Melissa hit Cuba as a Category 3 storm on Wednesday after pummeling Jamaica as one of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes on record, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
