SHEBOYGAN FALLS, Wis. (WFRV) - The 36-year-old Sheboygan man accused of shooting and killing a Canadian man on a golf trip in Sheboygan Falls was in court for a preliminary hearing.
Circuit Court records show that Luis Cruz-Burgos was in court while in custody with two attorneys present for him.
Cruz-Burgos' cash bond is still $2 million, and the court found probable cause, ruling that the case can move forward.
A Sheboygan Falls Police Officer reportedly testified in court during the preliminary hearing, and Cruz-Burgos had an arraignment set for November 17 at 4 p.m.
