A house that sold for $9.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Saratoga in the past three weeks.

In total, 14 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past three weeks, with an average price of $4 million, or $1,642 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 15 to the week of Oct. 5 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
