WILLOWS, Calif. - The Glenn County District Attorney's Office says that Jacob Karl Weiss was found guilty on multiple charges following a three-day jury trial on Thursday.
The charges against Weiss included one count of sexual penetration by force, three counts of sodomy by force, and four counts of rape by force.
The District Attorney's Office says that Weiss faces a maximum sentence of 64 years in state prison and a lifetime sex offender registration. Weiss is scheduled to return to Glenn County Superior Court on November 19 for sentencing.
The case was prosecuted by District Attorney Dwayne R. Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Deputy Chavez and Victim Witness Advocate D. Perez-Palomares.
