OWENSBORO, Ken. (WFIE) - The Owensboro Police Department says three people were arrested for guns and large amounts of drugs through search warrants.

Police say 25-year-old Logan Husk, 33-year-old Mallory Carter and 47-year-old Mary Martinez were arrested early Tuesday morning.

According to the press release, a local hotel room in the 500 block of W 2nd Street and a home in the 800 block of George Street were searched as part of an illegal narcotics distribution investigation.

In the hotel room, detectives found large amounts of meth, fentanyl pills, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cash. They say two guns were also found.

More of the same drugs were found in the home as well as a stolen gun.

Officials also say two juveniles were found in the home with Martinez.
