Morristown native and actress Elaine Hendrix was injured Tuesday in rehearsals for ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” “Halloween Night” dancing event.

Good news is that Hendrix, and her partner, Alan Bersten, are still in contention on the ABC dancing competition.

According to reports, Hendrix was rushed out of the “DWTS” ballroom on a stretcher after suffering a rib injury just hours before her live performance.

Bersten said that the injury left Hendrix unable to move. Scheduled to perform an Argentine tango to “Bad to the Bone” by 2WEI and Bri Bryant, Hendrix said that she was feeling “bad to the bone” due to the injury.

Hendrix froze mid-dance and told Bersten that she couldn’t move, breathe and that something happened with her rib.
