FARGO — The Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber of Commerce held a celebration on Wednesday, Oct. 29, honoring Jeffry Volk as the Chamber's 2025 Legacy Leader.

Some of Volk's best-known accomplishments include guiding Moore Engineering and later Moore Holding Co., now called Vistal, into a highly respected employee-owned firm, all while modeling what it means to make long-term community investment.

That's according to Chamber officials and others who, either in person or via a video played during Wednesday's event, listed example after example of Volk's commitment to family, the company he spent decades guiding and the community at large.
