RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Nine of Placer County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) team members will be hitting the mats and facing off in the Battle of the Badge 5: California vs. Nevada Jiu-Jitsu showdown on Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Grand Sierra Resort at 5:30 p.m.

On the sheriff’s office Facebook site, they urged the public to come cheer them on as they represent California.

“Can’t make it?” the post said. “Help us wish our competitors good luck and show your support for Team PCSO!”

The casino is located at 2500 E 2nd Street in Reno.
