GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - The owner of Pizzazz Piercing and Tattoo says their downtown building is haunted.

Owner Kimberly Bussey says she and her employees have had encounters with what she says is a ghost on and off for years, and it’s not only during business hours.

“So then we started to go back to talking, and we heard footsteps up to my desk, and heard it again, like aimed at me, clear as day,” shared Bussey.

Ghost encounters on and off since 2020? That’s what Bussey says is happening at Pizzazz Piercing and Tattoo.

“All of a sudden, the energy in the room changed. It just shifted,” said artist Dennis Pfeiffer.

“We heard clear footsteps walk up to the piercing room, and I said, ‘Is anybody here?’ And Dennis said no,” Bussey shared. “And then we heard a woman’s voice [...], and
