CHEYENNE — Downtown development, south-side revitalization, infrastructure and family living are just some of the key priorities stated by the 13 candidates who applied for the open Cheyenne City Council Ward 1 seat.
Jeff White and Pete Laybourn, members of the council’s Ward 1, interviewed candidates Tuesday and Wednesday who are eager to fill the seat left vacant following Ward 1 Councilmember Scott Roybal’s death on Sept. 24.
