ESPAÑOLA, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico National Guard will soon be deployed to Española, after Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham declared a state of emergency there due to crime. Wednesday night, residents came forward with questions about what the action will look like. "I'm also really uneasy about what's happening in some of the communities we've seen across the United States.
