Starting November 1, Odisha will enable land sale and purchase services directly at tehsil offices.
Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari announced that Chief Minister Mohan Majhi will inaugurate the initiative on the same day.
In the first phase, 44 tehsil offices will offer the new service. By December, the facility will expand to all 273 tehsils across the state. Citizens can book slots online and complete registration at their respective tehsil offices.
The move aims to simplify land transactions and reduce dependency on district-level offices. It also marks a major step toward decentralizing revenue services and improving accessibility for rural populations.
Minister Pujari emphasized that the initiative will streamline property registration and enhance transparency. With online slot boo
