The Shree Jagannath Temple Administration has introduced special darshan arrangements for devotees during the sacred Panchuka period at Srimandir in Puri.

A review meeting chaired by the Puri District Collector finalised the plan. Devotees will enter exclusively through the Singhadwara, while the other three gates will serve as exit points to regulate crowd movement. To manage the surge in footfall, the administration will install 11 barricaded lanes inside the temple premises.

On Anla Navami, darshan of the holy Radhapada will commence at 5 AM and continue late into the night. The temple expects a significant rise in pilgrim numbers during Panchuka, prompting enhanced discipline and safety protocols.
