(PINPOINT WEATHER) -- Good morning and happy Halloween Eve! As we close in on the weekend, we are finally tracking some drier conditions for the region as the latest storm system clears out. Your Halloween forecast looks dry and cool, with highs in the low to mid-60s, with more of the same expected over the weekend. Our next chance for wet weather will not arrive until early next week. Hurricane Melissa is now moving into the open Atlantic and is expected to weaken over the next few days.

As for your Thursday, low cloud cover and mist this morning will give way to slow clearing for the afternoon with some possible sunshine. Highs later for Thursday will be in the low 60s, depending on how much sunshine we see, followed by chilly temperatures overnight with lows in the low to mid-40s.
