Three people have been charged with murder in connection with the disappearance of Robbie Thomson , a Smiths Falls man who went missing in October 2023. Article content

Thomson’s disappearance has been declared a homicide, even though his body has not been located, Ontario Provincial Police said in a release Thursday. Article content Article content

OPP identified the accused as:

Christopher Fenton, 48, of Montague Township

Erin Mackie, 40, of Montague Township, and

Joshua Belfiori, 34, of Kingston

They each face one count of first-degree murder.
