ELKINS, W.Va. — Six individuals have been indicted on federal drug allegations stretching from Randolph through Marion counties.

Grand jurors meeting in Elkins indicted Patricia Ann Noel, 44, of Morgantown; Michelle Denise Gallo, 57, of Fairmont; Kenneth Eugene Williams (aka D), 38, of Fairmont; Brandon Lamar Richardson (aka B, Wap, Drop), 37, Fairmont; Lisa Dawn Andrews, 40, of Montrose; Stanley Roy Watson, 39, of Elkins; and Chad Allen Preston, 45, of Coalton.

The Office of U.S. Attorney Matthew L. Harvey named all seven in a charge alleging a conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine from September 2021 through last March 24 in Randolph County.

Noel is listed in three other counts: Distribution of more than 5 grams of methamphetamine, twice (two counts), on Feb.
