Some of Boston Medical Center’s smallest patients got in the Halloween spirit this week.

Babies in the neonatal intensive care unit donned adorable and creative costumes, dressed as athletes, superheroes, and pumpkins.

The costumes were Project Sweet Peas, a non-profit organization supporting families with infants in the NICU.
